Need help with scope rings

Buying a Weaver T-series scope 36 x 40mm for benchrest shooting on my .17HMR.
1) Want matte Silver rings to match the scope or at least come close.
2) What height should the rings be for benchrest shooting, medium or high ?

I am using Medium high rings on my Rem. 40X, Win. 52C and my Suhl 150 and have plenty of clearance..

Matte silver, Kelbys. High/xtra high for shooting free recoil. If not, any height your used to.
