Need custom gunsmith for Anschutz

I have a Anschutz 1710 rifle that I want to have a McMillan bench rest stock fitted to it, barrel threaded, etc., does anyone know of a good gunsmith who does this work. Also want a coating on the action and barrel. Will ship ups to the gunsmith.
