Need advise on Lilja 22 barrel

I'm going to build a Sako quad with one of Lilja's drop in barrels. I'm thinking 16 twist for the Eley EPS. But they also have tight bore and standard bore tubes. What's the word on the two bores. Saw were a tight bore gun won in Italy recently but I think that was Free Style shooting and well could have been the shooter as much as the barrel. This is BR set up so looking for what's best for a rest. Anyone have experience with both or either and can share your thoughts? Donlad
 
Can't help on the barrel Don, but check out the Pappas rest for certain. Regards
 
you want the tight bore all the way. the 16 twist 4 groove tight bore for eps. I purchased that for my Annie 2013 and best thing i ever did for it, besides the Pappas rest also.
 
Sorry about that, I meant to say I'm looking for a barrel that will shoot best from a rest. My bad, I do have a nice front rest already. Completely my fault as I wrote the question in a confusing maner. Cadman That's the barrel and gun I think the guy in Italy was shooting. I'll have ot look up the article again. Donald
