Need A Front Rest ?

I posted this earlier in the General Discussion Forum, maybe I should have placed it here.

I am new to serious rifle but not shooting and I need a quality front rest for working on developing bench rest practices. Also I need it for sighting in rifles and developing loads.

Can anyone give me feedback regarding quality rests. I am considered Sinclair and Hart. Or maybe something I am missing.

Bunny Ear 18 in back with heavy sand all around understood.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
