The motor pictured is a gearmotor meaning it has the reduction gears included. You might find an old washing machine motor or whatever in 1/4 horse and something like 1320 rpm. Then if you can see a reduction gear at a decent price and compact enough to move around easily it’s just a matter of setting up either a collet or shell holder on an adapter on the shaft. Kind in mind the rotation direction as all turners have the cutter going only one direction.
