Neck turn steps

I have recently acquired a 22PPC. The neck dimensions require neck turning the new Norma brass I just got. I have a Redding neck measuring tool, a Sinclair neck turning tool, a Sinclair mandrel die with 22 mandrel, and a Redding S-type die with bushings, competition shellholder to make this work.

My question is: can someone list the steps you use to turn necks, and any tips. I have done it, but it was YEARS ago, and I likely did it wrongly! I don't want to mes up this new brass.
