Just picked up a Kelby Panda with a Krieger barrel.
It has a .297 neck on it. What size bushing will I need to purchase? Will be using Lapua brass and Wilson dies.

Measure the diameter of the neck on a loaded round, deduct .002" and order that size bushing. Some like to deduct .003" if they're not neck turning but .002" has always worked great for me.

Compare your loaded neck diameter to your chamber neck dimensions, make sure it's not a tight neck chamber.

depends on if you turn em

and obviously how thin you make em....a loaded round with no turning is .289" and a good no-turn neck dia. is .293 which leaves .003 (.0015 all the way around!!)...so with a early european dim. on the reamer which is VERY big I wouldnt turn a bit....and if so a .286 or .287 should work ....Roger
PS...seat a bullet in one and see ...the new brass may be different....let us know what your dims. are...then you will be able to answer your own question....
OBTW,,,,great looking rifle.....the F-Class action is nice ...recoil lug...20 moa integral rail,,etc....I have one and set a 600 yd NBRSA score record with it at Sacremento this spring.....and Kelblys did the gunsmithing on it also!!!!grin..
