Anyone know what the gasoline availability is in the Rutherfordton area? The Charlotte area is basically out. Some drivers in the NE Charlotte area spent the night at a station that was scheduled for delivery. It still hasn't come. Folks with the biggest problem are those coming off the interstates with an empty tank and no place to fill up. I've got enough to get to the match but I sure would like to get back home.

Catawba County is bone dry. Burke County friend says the same there.
It's just going to be hit or miss on shipments arriving. When they do, it's an instant Charlie Foxtrot. Of course, some redneck pulled a gun over who is next in line. Those with gas are limiting 10 gallons per car, and NO gas in containers.

Those of us with Jap cars usually have enough sense to get in the r side lane, or back up to an empty space because some dumb ass hasn't got enough sense to pull up to the front pump, even when the stations have someone trying to regulate flow.

It's amazing how the IQ drops when there is any change in ones daily pattern.

Even cattle have enough sense to take the long route to the barn if the creek overflows.

Made a few calls, does not sound encouraging. This has to have a major impact on match attendance esp. with those that have to travel any distance. I really want to shoot this match but it looks like there's no option. To those that do make it, good luck and hope to see you next time.
