National entry form came back today Return to Sender?

I signed up and paid on line and printed out the Entry Form.
It came back return to sender. Not deliverable as addressed.
I sent it to the address on the form.

It looks like the member who is handling the entry forms, decided to move at the most inconvenient time. Our Sincere apologies. I will scold him for buying a new home. Better yet, I'm going to cut his salary in half.
