By far the most accurate (and expensive) rifle I've owned.
Thanks to Gunsmith Tony Jarvis for a little extra bolt work.

That is a nice looking rifle. The rear monopod, really a screw with knob, is nice to have on my Choate ultimate sniper stock. It makes it easy to line up to the target, for me. Best - Ted

I have those same salt and pepper shakers!

Very nice rifle by the way :)

nice title work on the counter. hard to tell with that rifle in the way though

Wheres_Waldo: Good for you on the new Rifle!
I am very impressed with not only its distinctive appearance but also with its performance!
Getting a 300 Winchester Magnum Rifle to make a .300" group is indeed commendable!
I am notoriously "recoil shy" and after Big Game season is over I need several trips to the range with my Varminters and light recoiling target Rifles to get the "flinches" to leave my psyche (def. - human self, or soul).
Wishing you continued success and happiness with your Remington 700 factory/hybrid Rifle!
Hold into the wind

Has your monopod come in yet? I'd like to see it on the rifle. :) Best - Ted

Came in the mail Monday. Ive been repainting the rifle into a GAP look-alike style camo...Green base w/ tan and black. Also added some texture around the fore-end and very grip, which turned out well. Ill post pics when I'm done, along w/ the monopod.

Varmint...This rifle has a very mild kick...not bad at all. I'm 5'11" 170 lbs. and could put 40-50 rnds down range in an afternoon w/o any discomfort.

Its less than a factory 700 VS .308
