My first match

I broke new ground, shot my first match with my Shul 150-1 and RWS rifle target ammo under windy conditions.
First and formost I want to thank Phil Dorman and all the shooters at Green Sea, a nicer group of people can't be found...
I shot a 230 with my own tuner, a 2 1/2w chunk of aluminum on the forstock to ride the bag. I had a great time and will shoot many more matches.
Phil loaned me a rest to shoot from, and everyone offered suggestions on how to read the wind and little things to do to improve.

Thanks to all.

Which target are you shooting? With the 230 I was thinking USBR possibly but no X count; I too shoot a Suhl 150-1 with a 3" aluminum plate so it will ride my Edgewood front bag. I shoot USBR Unlimited mainly with it since I just got into ARA last month after 2 -3 years of USBR. Just interested in your target of choice since we shoot the same setup virtually and there are few USBR shooters around, Brad (brad541thb) is a good guy to talk to about Suhl and USBR or Suhl and any target for that matter he is an owner and shooter. Happy shooting and thanks for your service to this great country Sir. "T"
