Have not been on in quite a while. That's the worst news I could imagine. My condolences and prayers go to his family.
The rimfire br world has lost a great advocate, and I personally have lost a friend and mentor that I never had the chance to meet face to face. Will rue that for the rest of my life....

No apologizes necessary. Joe was a close friend and our rimfire benchrest world is very empty without him.. Joe never had an unkind word for anyone and was always ready, willing and able to help anyone he could. I know that I miss him very much. His likes will not be seen again...
