Movable Concrete Benches

Need help in designing a movable concrete benches. Only need to move about 20 feet and back and only 4-6 times per year. Need to be very solid as will be used for centerfire and rimfire BR matches. Hoping some one can give me guidance or direct me to a source.

See if you can get Dana Matterns attention on this issue, they have some really solid, portable concrete benchs at the Central Jersey Range he may even be able to get you a set of plans.

Central Jersey Benches

Get a copy of the July 2003 issue of PS. Drawings and instructions for "T" shaped movable concrete benches. These are the benches that have been used at Central Jersey for close to 30yrs. I have pictures. If I can find them I will post them. I would make a few upgrades. Use rubber wheels instead of steel and change the shape of the bench to more of a triangle rather than a tee.
