The good 'OL' Mountain Man Rifle Match has went up in the world this year. I have created a wed site for the match which contain the Match Information,Match Registration page,Sponsor Page, T-Shirt page and, What's New Page.

This was done so our sponsor's would have there logo along with a link to there web site as it is our sponsor's that make this match what it has become.

Please visit the www.mountainmanshoot.com wed site and sign up and check things out for this years match. Dont forget to drop a line to the sponsor's as they like hearing from all the shooter's.

If at any time the web-site is not working just give me a little time as this is my first go at a web-site

Robert, I'll try to sponsor the shoot again this year. Probably something with our wind flags. ---Mike Ezell

thanks

Thanks for the compliments guys! Mike shoot me an email so i can get you set up on the sponsor page

web site

I told you i may have problems with this whole web site thing haha so if you registerd already if you could please do it again as i had messed up on something and it didnt submit it properly but all the kinks are worked out and were up and chugging along now

You yanks sure do handle the cold better than us hillbillies. Did anyone else see the video of the Atlanta area? I think it was from yesterday. A mess for sure. They called school off here, a few days ago for 0° forecasted temps...no snow and the roads were clear. The school bus runs my road before daylight this time of year, so I can understand not wanting kids standing outside waiting for a bus with temps that cold. They know some parents are dumb enough to let them stand out and wait for it.

Hey Tim, snowday today in East Tennessee, 6 degrees and about 2-3" of snow, everything is shutdown.

Dan

Bill has a point.
Michigan and Ontario are out working. Those truckers are blowing by me doing 65 mph. One had me on the shoulder a little bit. I thought 40 mph was nuts. So I was doing 50 mph.
People ask why I don't go to casinos. I tell em I gamble everyday on I-75.

Mike. It might be best. Last year some new driver/teenager plowed into some kids at a bus stop. Not pretty.:(

They woulda closed school anyway..

But this two to three inches of snow...was a little worse than previous bits of snow...somehow. I think it was slicker or something....more people...etc..

I went half way to work yesterday and chickened out for the rest of the way (2 more miles but didn't want to go anyways). Before I got home, I passed three folks off the road waiting on wreckers. Was about 10 minutes total from the time I went halfway, called, and went back home. All that were off the road were younger folks, about 25 or younger. BUT...they had sense enough to call a wrecker and wait rather than try to get a gang and push (which is what I woulda done).

Oh, yea. I know how ya felt there Wilbur. That first snow and freeze up here in MI. I almost turned around. Then I hit a stretch of I-75 with no exits for 2-3 miles. The road was a little better. It's a wide open stretch the wind blew most of the snow off the road.
Next 2 days I was fixing frozen pipes.
