The range repairs are complete and this will be our first match since the tornado destroyed the roof late last year......I would like to thank all of the donors that helped us pay for the work.....plaques will be made in their honor and installed shortly.....We have discussed putting-up "LEFT THE RANGE" plaques for Doc Dodgens, Ed Stroud, and Jim Cannington...If you would like to be part of that let us know.
We will shoot IR 50/50 3 gun at 9:00 am and RBA 3 gun after lunch....right now it looks like Bar-B-Q furninshed by Tommy Cravey....If that falls through we will be having "Road Surprise"!
Haven't seen too many gnats this year, but who knows!!!

:confused:How do you propose getting others involved in "Left the Range" memorials for Doc, Ed and Jim? Can you elaborate? Can't be there Saturday but I would caution you on letting Tommy count X's.

Just checkin' to see if anyone was awake out there.....I figured if they thought there was that many days in April, they shouldn't be shooting a gun anyway!!!

Thanks for changing IR 50/50 to 12:00- 1:00 PM at Montezuma. This will give me a chance to drive up from FL at a reasonable hour and have only a one night stay. Otherwise it would cost me $350 + Tommy's 'road kill' ribs. Don't forget to bring your good ammo for your sporter. Plan to shoot Cordele on Sunday and don't want to make you look bad. Pray Gary is doing well and would love to see him.

I'm gonna pull out all the stops, just wish Ron and Steve could be here to see it!!! Bob's been shootin' pretty good lately, we may have to team up on him....our luck he'll draw the Honey-Hole!! Rod's going to be out of town both days, so Tommy will be doin' the scoring.....He said he wishes Hoke was comin' so he could make sure is X count was right!!! I guess all of the Troupers can take the weekend off. Sure would love to see Gary myself.....he's been such a big part of our shooting family down here.....everyone misses him and Paul .........I might just drive over and kidnap Gary!!
