has anybody tried this stuff out in your barrels yet? i was looking at a websight and figured i'd buy a rifle kit and try it out to see if it is what they claim it is. it was just about 25 bucks for the rifle kit. i'm not going to use it in my suhl yet. i'm going to use it in my old proven match rifle first just to check it out. exactly what is it supposed to do? they never really make it clear in the add. i figured for the low dollar amount i would just look at see.

I Googled the product a bit & got really intrigued when I saw a picture of an open jar of the wax. It's about the same colour as Johnson's floor wax with absolutely no sign of the black sheen you'd expect from the inclusion of disulphite powder.

Maybe it isn't molybdenum disulphite at all, in which case what do you & I know about its properties? Is there another slick & tenacious moly compound waiting to save us all?
