Debate going on as to whether or not this modification to a hunting stock would make it ILLEGAL at a Registered NBRSA Match. This would be in LV/HV.

Looks like one of those bolt-on deals that Sinclair or Hart sell. Link -> Fore-end Benchrest Adapter
As long as it's under 3" wide and is flat on the bottom, it should be legal.

Not legal in factory class...if you wanted to shoot it in LV/HV shouldn't be a problem...
