I'm glad that two PRO-GUN senators(nra-ila Chris Cox's label) from Montana stood up and got that done for us. Now, as they used to say, "...for the rest of the story..." GOA included BOTH these "PRO-GUN senators" as voting FOR the confirmation of one Eric Holder as atty. gen. this year. It was relayed to me that these two will always make pro-gun noises, but when it comes right down to some MUST-HAVE anti-gun vote, these guys will vote WITH the anti-gun side. "On a scale of 1-10, these guys are about a seven, you got to always watch them and don't trust them completely, based on their past record."(paraphrasing)Gary Marbut, President, MSSA. I guess if these two voted to reduce the "gun-free school zone" from 8.68 miles to 8.60 miles, they'd be PRO-GUN in the nra's eye. Just don't dePEND on them to be pro-gun!!
