Michigan F-Class shooters -

I'm looking to make contact with active F-Class shooters within Michigan
for local advice on matches ( Grayling / Cadillac, etc).

They'll have the match schedules for the ranges were F-Class matches are shot, including Grayling and Cadillac. Bob Lorenz runs the matche sat Cadillac, hangs out here if he isn't out hunting.

F in Mich and M1a for F class

Barry and Al,
We already corresponded about the F class matches at Cadillac and Grayling Michigan for 2009.
On the M1a as an F class rifle. If you use it off a bipod so you can be in the F(tr) class you may be competitive at the local matches. Although I am not sure the old military clamp on the gas cylinder bipod is the type of bipod to use. But I would still bet my money on the bolt gun guys. In F open class off a bench type rest you will get eaten up by the local 6br guys at 600 yds. Come on up give it a try. You could always give it a try at a Tuesday or Saturday practice. Maybe I will bring mine too, just for kicks.
