A couple of weeks ago I had a little accident. While getting things ready to shoot I knocked my rifle out of the rests that were on top of a concrete bench. The rifle went across the top and slid down the edge of the bench. The Mcmillin stock had a good bit of ''concrete rash'' from the bolt notch all the way to the forend. As you might imagine, I was just sick over this act of stupidity. The next day I called the folks at McMillin to ask their advice on fixing the cosmetic damage. They told me to send it in and they would fix it.
I got the stock back yesterday and it looks like new! Not only were the repairs superb the invoice indicated that there was NO CHARGE for their work.
