will be held Sunday April 7, 2019 at the Orrington Rod and Gun Club, 9 AM get go. Early NOAA.GOV prediction is for sun and 50 degrees F. That would be nice. I was at the range yesterday to prep target frames and mark up targets for the match. If the weather stays in the 40's this week most if not all of the snow should be gone. The range between the bench house and the target butt is free of ice and snow. The parking lot and range will be wet so bring appropriate waterproof foot gear, and plenty of clothes in case the forecast is a wide 8. The road to the target butts is very soft and wet so in all probability we will change targets on foot....no vehicles....unless we get a drying miracle this week.
Coffee and donuts in the morning compliments of the range. There will be some kind of lunch for a very nominal fee, sandwiches or stew of some sort if I can find some road kill this week. I threw the flat blade shovel in the truck this morning. Hope to see as many of you as can make it Sunday April 7.
