Mag primer usefulness

Sold the 338 Lapua and have 2000 Fed LR mag match primers (GM215M) left over. Is it worth the barrel life to work up a load with the mag primers for my 6.5x284 or should I just sell the mag primers and stick with 210s? The question: Is there any advantage using mag primers for the 6.5x284?

Not unless you are going to shoot ball powders in cold weather.

Let your rifle tell you which primer is the most accurate...

I work up a load then switch around primers, it is a real eye opener at just how much different results you can get.

The 210 works well for a lot of situations, then again, I have seen the cci250, fed 215, or WLR-mag primer really tighten up groups.

Different powders can really be picky on liking/not liking a specific primer.
