maybe later convert it to hydrolic

Ive seen one like that before but i think yours may be bigger.
I'm sure you could make 700 gr 50 cals with no problems..

You didn't design it to cam-over at the top of the ram travel?

yep it cams over just a little bit but not mutch i can build in a positve stop if i want (ore need)
so i don,t need the compleet travel to use it
