Got a problem safety on still goes bang. Bolt still locked.so must be trigger adjustment any info will be apriciated.

If you have to ask how, this isn't something that you should try and fix.
Obviously there is a problem with tolerances and possible unsafe alterations have been done in the past.
I would suggest taking it to a gunsmith for correction.

Seems to me that 10 or 12 years ago Ruger sent me a set screw for the trigger on my model 77. Seems there was a problem and this corrected it. You might email or call Ruger and they can fill in the blanks. I think I still have the envelope they sent me the corrected part in. I can hunt for it tonight and it will tell me the details.

I think i got it fixed. Not enough sear engagement. But how do you take care of the trigger guard that keeps breaking? Seams like there is no bedding job at all , and looks like a tough job. any help willbe apriciated.
