lv on shilen dga

I have a 1976 dga in 22 br hv.
it sports a shilen thumbhole fiberglass that is said to weigh about 2 lbs.actin and trigger are about 4 lbs.scope is a 1978 36 power leapold.rings and bases are kelby .my ? is what would be a barrel contour and length would I expect to have on it
the caliber will be 6 mm ppc.

The best thing to do is weigh it with everything except the barrel. From what you listed, you are looking at about 7 pounds for everything without the barrel and it may be over 7. Your barrel will be in the 4 lbs 8 ounce area which is pretty light now days for a LV/SP class rifle and will be fairly hard to get out of a LV taper barrel. I'd probably go to a #6 straight taper contour barrel. You can get 4.5 pounds fairly easily out of a #6 depending upon how far down the taper you go to cut the barrel to length.
