does anybody clean the lube off there custom bullets before shooting them ?
This last lot of bullets i received feels like the lube wasn't cleaned off at all.. Can all the extra
lube cause accuracy to suffer.

I cleaned off a few with MAK i wasnt sure if this would hurt the bullets so i only done a few..
 
I make bullet but don't sell them dirty or full of lube.
Wash them in some dish soap and hot water. rinse with super hot water.
Dry on a good thick batch towel.
 
I have never noticed any lub on any bullets that I have bought.
Maybe I just have not tried enough different brands.
Cheek, Bruno, Bart, Outback, Berger, and all the various mass produced ones.

I would figure if you clean the lube off of your cases you would want all the more to clean the lube off of bullets.
 
Well boy's next time you buy a new box of bullets, put them in a small bucket with alcohol mix them with your hand a while, take out bullets and see the crud that is left in the bottom.
