Louisiana State Championship 100-200 Yard VFS Match (July 21st)

Southwest Louisiana Rifle and Pistol Club is hosting the Louisiana State Championship 100-200 yard VFS Match. Location is the clubs range at Holmwood, LA. The match will be next Sunday July 21st. The start time is 9:00 am. There will not be a warm-up match. Instead, the first match of the 100 and 200 will be 10 minutes instead of the usual 7 minutes. Ya'll come for some good competitive shooting. We hope to see you there.

Milton wins LA Championship

Richard Milton guided his 6 PPC to the LA VFS championship with a 498/22X score in some tough conditions. Yours truly finished second with a 6 PPC also. Richard's equipment is: Panda action, Kelbly SPG stock, Bartlein 13.75 twist barrel, Milton BT bullets, LT-32 powder, and March 40X scope. He does his own gunsmithing. Good shooting....James
