Looking to buy my 1st Air Rifle, HELP please!

My plans are to use the gun for back yard varmints and to shoot on paper. This is what I'm looking at from Top Gun Air Guns :

Hammerli Pneuma PCP .22 Caliber w/10 shot magazine:

The rifle comes with the following upgrades:

1) Air Regulator

2) Polished Barrel – choke, crown and breech

3) Trigger Job

4) MOD/LDC (silencer)

5) AEON 6-24 X 50 Scope

Please advise and keep in mind, what I know about this subject I have learned over the past few weeks so I'm really new to the Air Gun.
 
Sounds like a good one to start out with, and Bori at TopGun is a great guy to deal with, too!
