Logan "oh my heck range" results

6-27,28-2009 Logan, Utah
The theme of this match was the usual unsocial shots that spoiled nice, tight four shot groups. In other words, heartbreaker city! Randy Higgs managed to coax that fifth shot into the group on a target at 200 yards for a nice .154" screamer. Way to go Randy.

Marty

We missed you in Reno.

Thanks Marty. One of these days, I'll get the old truck headed down I-80 to Reno. Sure wish I could have come to that long range shoot. I'll bet you guys had a blast.

I'll tell you I sure was proud of Randy. Most the guys don't know this but he was out on the range Saturday night until it was so dark you couldn't see the target boards trying different loads and really working the 200 yard strategy over. I walked up and down the field full of flags in the evening and Randy and Keith were out there getting those flags centered and lined up with a taught thread. They really were working at it hard and I was glad to see it payed off when Randy took the LV200 and shot that little bughole. Made my whole weekend!
