Leonard Baity could use your thoughs & prayers

I was hoping someone with more information would post, but I understand Leonard underwent triple bypass heart surgery last weekend. I believe he is at the Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem.

I hope our kind thoughts & prayers will help speed his recovery.

Leonard's condition

I talked with Leonard's wife this afternoon and they had taken him off of the respirator and was doing good. They went in yesterday to put in a stint and he had too many blockages, so they went in today and did the bypass surgery. She said they hope to maybe put him in a regular room tomorrow. He is in Baptist in Winston-Salem.

Bill Shehane called; he had just gotten off the phone with Leonard's wife. Leonard seems out of the woods now. He is still in intensive care, but they've taken out some of the tubes & are looking for a recliner so he can sit up.

The current plan is for Leonard to get a regular room by Saturday, at which point anybody who wanted to could give him a call, or send a card. He's at the Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
 
That is good news! If somebody goes to visit please tell Leonard I said hey and look forward to seeing him at the range again sometime.
