Dean you can visit www.fcsa.org or www.biggerhammer.net and visit the 50 caliber discussion boards.
Some of the bullets are made out of 360 free machining bronze. while others are made out of leadloy 12L14 steel.
If you want good samples Barnes Bullets makes a monolithic solid with a secant ogive in borerider configuration that shoots pretty good. They also make a more standard tangent ogive bullet that is very accurate.
Mance makes alot of the bullets used by the top dogs of the sport.
AAA-Ammunition makes some very good bullets in 705 and 800 grains and they have also won alot of matches.
Lynn McMurdo out of Afton,Wyoming makes a wide variety of match bullets and used his own bullets to set a world record in lightgun.

You'll love the Mazak. Mazak is one of the top machine tool builders in the world.

Are you sure you want leaded bronze? Most leaded bronze I've ever seen is cast into round billets. These cast bronzes are very crystalline in grain structure and the centrifugal force of a 50 cal (probably 125,000 rpm or greater) would disintegrate the bullet.

A common application of leaded bronze is for bushing material where little or no lubrication is used as in food processing machinery. The lead and zinc act as lubricants. Yes, I know we are in a lead scare period, just like global warming, but most of our ground water runs over elemental lead somewhere along its journey to the surface.

Thanks For Replies, customer Said It Was Leaded Bronze.i Went Online To Try To Find An Extrusion Or Cold Formed Bar,but Most Bronze Is Cast ,found A Brass Alloy That Was Wrought Or Cold Formed As I Don't Want Cast, but Slightly Different Characteristics, will Try Other Links, thanks

Dean if you look at the Biggerhammer 50 calber forum Frank is using 360 Free Machining Brass and alloy 932 Bronze in his 50's,20mm's and his 37mm guns.He is getting a 100 rounds down the barrel with very little fouling. He bought 1 foot or 3 foot samples from McMaster Carr online.
You might do a search for the 20mm Lahti or 20mm Vulcan shooters as they all make custom bullets and there barrel blanks run $950.
