i heard from a friend of mine that Larry had passed away does anyone have any more info. thanks.

There was a thread several days ago about his passing.

Jerry D he was the tall younger guy who shot a short 22.
I still have some of his brass where he was trying to develop a neck reaming method that left a slick finish.
Set a record with it some time ago.

I was shooting a .100 short at the time and he put me on to somebody (I think in N.Y.) that sold fireformed brass Sorry to hear that

I sure hate to hear of his passing. He did indeed set the Sporter 200 yd record back in 2003 with a .15xx agg. He used to be at many of the matches. I first met him at the Crawfish in Lafayette many years ago. He was a foot Dr. from Mobile and a nice guy. We are diminished. Our condolences to his family and friends. James Mock

yes he was the "foot doc". havent seen him in several years

WOW he was really a great guy n a super shooter, last time i heard from him, he lost a lot because of storms n florida, his property or properties had lot of damage, he never shot after that. very sorry to hear this.

Didn't he post here using an avatar of an eye looking through a bullet hole in paper?

Dr. Larry Cohen is my uncle. His passing was awful and sudden. He was awesome shape. Thank y'all for all the kind comments. My Aunt is still having a rough time. She is trying to sale some of his benchrest rifles, but has no clue where to start. She is framing the one he shot the world record with. Like I said thank you for the comments. He was a great Uncle, Father, Grandfather, and man. He is greatly missed.

He had lots of damage, but bought a huge RV, started traveling and kayaking. He always said he wanting to get back into shooting, but always found somewhere else to go RVing.
