Hello everyone and thank you in advance for any of your responses. Posted the other day that I had a case of Lapua Midas M lot number 3735 which was suppose to be one of the better lot numbers a few years ago. Have stored the ammo properly and ready to sell it. Someone has offered to pay $1,200 for the case and I provide shipping. Just wanted to make sure this was a fair offer since I have not bought or sold ammo in a long time.

No Strings Attached?

David,
If the shipping is not too much then $1200 could be a fair deal for both of you as long as there are no Strings Attached.
I.E. He gets what you advertise & if it does not shoot then it is his problem.
Just a thought - Get your money upfront.

Last case I bought of the Ultra Multi-Match, I paid $650. Wound up giving it to a Youth Club, as it was worth shooting in any of my rifles. It was the same age as what you are trying to sell. Lub dried up and it can't legally be re-lubed.

Seems to me that there were 2 sealed cases at the ARA Nationals about 2 or 3 years back for sale at about $800 or a $1000 each. If my memory is correct Macky Lochlin had them for sale. They for sure weren't as much as the current Eley Match at the time. If you could get $1200 then I think that would be more than fair.

You've got a future as a motivational speaker there Fred.
