i finally got in to join up since the oracle is gone but i got an email from someone i didnt meet their criteria thus i wasnt allowed in. i am sure that message wasnt from her as james and i have always got along.

im not sure just what a criteria is in regard to the r/a board!

Try signing up again. I recieved the same message, sent a message to the Admin and was told to just reapply (glitch or spam filter maybe)?
 
yep im officially a member of r/a now but comments are now being screened by someone i suppose.

maybe i can hire a waterboy to make my comments.

Yea..I think you need James's e-mail address also.. BC used to post on this website and was harassed unmercifully. Then he went to Wally's website and the bashers followed him there.. Now Wally has sold RA to the Pappas's and the BC bashing has started all over again.. You need to sit back and take a good hard look at some of these people.. BC gave out some great info and knowledge, even thou he had a flair for dramatics. What other gunsmith is going to step up and share his knowledge and experience with the rimfire community, like BC did..?? I certainly wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the first one to post some good info or any of his knowledge... I think that these two forums have just lost someone, who unselfishly shared, what he knew about rimfire shooting with anyone who wanted to read his posts...

b/c used every board he could find and took them to expouse how great a smith he was thus commanding more and more out of his work. i watched r/a for a long time and never saw anyone hit on him too long or was it allowed.

he pulled the same waterboy teneques here as now he is doing on r/a. if he has a great announcement why not make it himself? bill never gave out any secrets to what he did that i ever saw.

maybe a great smith but not a contributor to the sport except for profit.
