The stage is being set for the largest party in super bowl history.....And probably the most $$$$...Was out at the stadium today on a tour and it was pretty darn awesome. I know this is not bench rest related but what the heck...

You can put the statue of liberty in the stadium at the 50 yrd line and it would not touch the top inside... The big monitor only weighs 600 tons.... The sliding doors at the west entrance are the largest in the world. The big screen is 6 stories tall and has 2 small bucket elevators that come down from inside on each end and it takes 9 minutes to reach the turf...

It is quite the stadium... I have been to several home games in the place and let me tell you it a awesome place..















 
I'm not sure that is what you meant to say because the Packers ARE in the Super Bowl.....I think you meant "WIN" the Super Bowl... But my money is on the Packers to win win since we in Dallas HATE the Steeler Nation. Mostly because they are ahead of us in super bowl rings... Ha Ha Ha......Sure hope it is a good game..
 
Well if they both play like last Sunday whoever is ahead at half time WINS... CAUSE BOTH D's went to sleep in the 2nd Half and their OFF's weren't exactley AWAKE EITHER..........The Wife says GB wins soooo I guess er well nevermind :eek:
 
Well Not sure if it was the D-Fence or D-Offence but you are right they did go to sleep for awhile... That 10 degree weather had to take somewhat of a toll being out their getting knocked aroud like that....
Just as long as the parties outside at the staudium are not better than the party on the field after the kick-off...

With you from Southern Minn you must be a Vikes/Farve fan.... Well at least a vikes fan Ha Ha
 
Well John, I guess I forgot but I am glad they are ini t to win it !!! As a matter of fact I ordered 2 Cheese Head hats today for our Super Bowl Party...

The only reason there are going to be terrible towels in the stands is to give the Steeler Nation something to cry in instead of there $8.00 beer...

Want to laugh even more I heard on the radio this AM that Hirschel WALKER wants to get back in the game either MINN or ATLANTA. Now how many DRAFT picks are we gonna give up THIS time:p:p:p:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
I read that this morning on MSN in the sports side... Thought it was kind of funny myself...Some of these guys just don't know when to quit !!.. He did not do much for us while here in Dallas.. Now he is 48 and is fighting in the MMA ring... He looks pretty well conditioned but that does not mean its time to re-start your football playing days for 2 years.. He said that he is in better physical shape than when he was in his 20's...

I'm 53 and I have some pretty good move's getting to the beer cooler on game day

Well, Your Vikes already hired Mike Singletary as a linebacker coach under Leslie Frazier. And from what I was hearing, the scuttlebut is Michael Vick may well be throwing the ball to Randy Moss next year.

Yeah I think there's something in the water up in the Cities. The Vikes want a new OUTDOOR stadium,yet when the Dome collapsed this year they went to Detroit INDOORS :confused:to play ,why not GB OUTDOORS :cool:. GO GB.........BTW the last VIKES game I was at was in the old MET Stadium :cool::cool::cool:OUTDOORS:cool::cool::cool:
 
Thats a good place for Singletary..... On the frozen tundra...

Don't have much to say about either Vick or Moss. Same for Ocho and TO, another couple of has been trouble makers....

We all can hardly wait for the doctor to get in..... I'm headed to the range tomorrow and Friday to shoot the big gun and get these new cheek bullets working
