? Jard trigger/Cooper rifle

I have a Cooper M22 rifle with a Jard trigger .

The Jard trigger sear is leaving drag marks on the bottom of the bolt's cocking piece.

What is the correct fix for this?

I have had two Jard triggers for Rem. 700's, I did a lot of polishing with a Dremel Moto Tool and Jeweller's Rouge that you can get from Brownell's.
I don't know if you consider this the correct fix.

I polished the sides of the sear, and the top of the sear. It acts like the top of the sear needs more relief clearance.

Hal, you may know this but, there are two different styles of triggers for the Coopers, both offered by Jard. One has an offset mounting screw, the other doesn't. If you've got the wrong one it may cause drag. This may not apply to your case, but I hope it helps.
