Jacket and core trays

I had seen a long time back that somebody made some real neat trays for putting the cores into jackets.
Are they still around?

Money well spent even if the trays seem expensive.....they're somewhat difficult to make and take a bit of work.

Are you making them george? You may want to put that out there incase a google search leads someone to this post looking for trays

When Walter Carraway had the article on making his jacket trays in PS or the NBRSA News, I made a set of five trays to make a 1000 bullets using a manual Bridgeport without digital readout. His trays were made out of clear plexiglass. Probably not the best material to use for machinability. Talk about a lot of handle turn counting. Not sure which would rate higher for bullet making, jacket trays or Hood cores. Both take away a lot of work out of making bullets.

Does anyone know how to get in touch w/ Uncle Walter Carraway? I called Geraci and he gave me a number, but no one ever answers.
Thanks

You're just not letting it ring long enough!

Walter was a shore 'nuff good one...the best in fact. He acted like he didn't care if corn was a dollar a bushel but he really cared about everything. He made some darn good bullet trays too! Don't know why but he made them anyway....
