Same here....I left an e-mail about 2 weeks back with no response; he has always been very quick to reply. I have not tried telephone correspondence yet but will.
update.... Attempted telephone call kicked to voicemail with instructions to leave a message only if that is the only means available to contact him. I will attempt another e-mail.
