Has anyone read this ruling from ITAR, https://www.pmddtc.state.gov/complia...ufacturers.pdf

I have read it and it looks like it outlaws all gunsmithing other than replacing parts without modifications. It also has issues with reloading and acurizing a firearm.

I am going to inquire to NRA about what it means to gunsmiths and people that do their own gunsmithing. It's written so broad that I don't see how it puts everyone out of business.

A petition to POTUS concerning a rule already in place that takes effect in about 40 days? Let us know how that one goes.
