i'd like to say thanks to don stith and dan killough for thier help and sending parts very fast and timely. thanks to my smith as well. this rifle shot very well without the tuner so i feel that when i get it tuned it will just get that much better!!! now i have to greatly improve my skills to do this rifle the justice it deserves.

blonde with dark high lights!! i will take pictures of it outside when i get the chance. these pictures simply don't do the stock justice!!! it looks amazing in person.

I see by your purse

that you are lighter in the pocket book.

tell me about the barrel dimensions,
no taper
and what diameter,
Jefferson

it's a hart barrel that is .903 straight not taper. the purse isn't mine:D!! it belongs to my girlfriend that lives with me.

i'll try to post a video of it as well.

Action Type

Mr Nobody,

I saw that you also posted these pictures over at Rimfire Central. They were posted under a Suhl 150 heading. The action doesn't look like any Suhl 150 I have seen, please I would like to know what it is.

Thanks,

Ed

i post on rimfire central in the suhl forum because i know alot of the guys there, and they shooting in matches as well. the suhl forum is about as close to benchrest on that site as it gets.

i also have a suhl that i should have been shooting last year because it out shot this rifle before i had it reworked after our a.r.a. matches ended this year.

i plan on putting a silver weaver t36 on it this winter. i'm ganna take a nap and try to go shoot at jackies. they turned me back last night and i'm tired, but i'm ganna try to go shoot!!!

Very Nice! Something that you may already be aware of, the video looks as if your using the delrin guides in the front section of your rest. A lot of the veterans have told me these will create small indentions in wooden stocks. James makes a top for use with wood stocks along with his sandbag version. Again you may already be aware of this but just a FYI in case your not.

i'm using the top made for wood stocks. i might have still had the one with the delrin rods in it in the video. i hae it changed out now. it still has the delrin sides but they have blue pads on the sides of the delrin and two blue pads that are on the bottom.

two guys that came to our last match gave me 2 medal plates that they made to put on the bottom of the stock to keep the delrin from making those dents you were talking about.

i also ordered enough clear stock tape to do 4 rifles so the finish doesn't get messed up.

i also recieved my stith stock for my suhl today as well.

stock tape

Delrin may pull your stock tape off if you use much side pressure, did mine

Very nice work!

That is a very very nice set-up. Don took care of you with the wood on that stock!
