ISSF rules on benchrest stock rimfire unlimited

I have a small question regarding stock limitations for benchrest rimfire unlimited.Someone who organises matches and introduced benchrest in Belgium told me if you want to shoot international you have to have a (wooden) classic stock.I have an Anschütz 1913 in a factory original 2213 alu stock.This gives problems as it is considered a frame constuction,which is prohibited(according to him).I thought it was ok as it's the original stock but apperantly it isn't.

Is this a fact or fiction?Belgian rules differ a bit from ISSF,for example weight is limited to 6,300 kg in unlimited(which I just manage).

Not that I have the intention to go international,I just wanted to know.

ISSF don’t run any international benchrest matches, I think you can find there rulebook is online and I’ve never heard of ISSF having any benchrest rules. I’d say this is pure fiction.

Pieter your rifle is fine, it is actually the Annie Bench Rest Model & is a very similar design to the FWB 2700 Benchrest model I shoot, I have had no queeries on it local or internationaly.
 
That's right Bill.The Anschütz "benchrest" stock is very similar,except the cheekpiece that is longer,a sight extention,a simpler hook and a wedge to rest the stock.The Germans shoot benchrest standing off a rest with diopter,an all other story.For "real" benchrest Anschütz has the BR50 stock.

So he misinformed me.Maybe my good shooting at their match p.him o.a little:D
I will keep my Annie as she is then.Maybe I will shoot one day international,nobody knows.I sure do love this type of shooting.It's very addictive.
