Supporters of anti-U.S. cleric Muqtada al-Sadr rally against a U.S-Iraqi security pact in the Shiite stronghold of Sadr City in Baghdad, Iraq on Friday, June 13, 2008. Al-Sadr has called for restraint in an apparent bid to exert control over his Mahdi Army militia fighters. A statement read after Friday prayers in the holy city of Kufa says the Shiite militia will continue to resist U.S.-led forces in Iraq but fighting should be limited to a select group.

I'm really surprised....

...one of our snipers hasn't taken care of this guy??

Maybe politics to keep him alive or is he in major hiding??

Bush really should have had someone take this guy out at the beginning of the war. A lot of the action around Fallosa was because of this guy!! It would have saved a lot of American lives.

Maybe if we get a muslim as president he'll make this guy the leader of Iraq!!

My foreign relations policy:

Contact the top three levels of leadership in an oppressive government. Tell them they have 90 days to get their act together, and play nice.

On day 91, a multinational force, comprised of units like Delta, Spetsnaz, seals, SAS, whatever, infiltrates, surrounds and assaults the seat of government of the oppressive nation, and kills every moving thing inside the building except for obvious prisoners.

On day 92, a recording of the event is shown to the new leadership, and they are told they have 90 days to get their act together, and play nice.

Do not try to "hold" the land. Just go in, take out the leadership, and go away.
