B bob finger New member Apr 7, 2013 #2 Yes, but if it is on the scope when you shoot your card it must be on the scope when the rifle is weighed. You may remove lens caps and turret caps at weigh in. As shot the rifle must weigh 7.5 pounds or less. bob
