3gun and unlimited @ Blue Grass Sportsmens League 2nd Sunday April thru Oct. 2010. Registration at 8am, shooting starts at 9am. Brud S.

I wish the board would consider another day besides Sunday. IMHO i feel they might get more numbers on a Friday nite or Saturday. Thats just me. Good luck with it Brud. Clint
 
I/R at Wilmore

Skipp et al,

Some other shoot times and dates might be a strong possibility in the future.
Right now, Brud cannot hold matches on any other day accept Sunday due to his work. At Wilmore, I ran the .22 matches for the longest time and it just got to be too much. Wally Smallwood stepped up and ran the ARA in the afternoons, but for some reason or other most of us went back to centerfire.

We are going to get Brud going so he can be the best possible I/R match director and I have high hopes for the match at Wilmore (the Blue Grass Sportsman's League...just south of Lexington, Ky) When the days are a whole lot longer in the evenings, I might be able to hold an evening match....just depends on how many hours that I have in a day.

Schedule:

4-11 initial match
5-9 Shooter of the year #1
6-13 SOY #2
7-11 SOY #3
8-8 SOY #4
9-10 KY State I/R championship
10-1- SOY #5

Right now, start times are at 9:00 am, but we could move that up as we see how the time and Brud go. We have to give the range back to the membership by 1:30pm I hope that you can come out with your support and enjoy shooting I/R at Wilmore.

Thanks to all for the good wishes and support.

If I could shoot Saturday mornings I'd sure be doing it (at Buckcreek as well).

I look forward to meeting all and have a big time (as always) shooting this summer at Wilmore.

Well, the "Grasshopper", kinda meets all of the above, Its a new unfired 40x, aint even shot the thing yet, have a new Leuie mounted on lapped rings, Jewell, I need to get some ammo and give it a good workout with you guys this year, Ernie
 
So........are Hoosiers allowed at the BGSL IR matches?

I shot there many times with the Greiners, a few years back. I love that range!
 
I used to shoot when Brenda & Gary........They were great ppl. I shot my 1st IR 50/50 match in life when they where running it...........Lots of fond times

Hoosiers are allowed and you don't even have to wear Wildcat blue.

Ernie....get to WalMart and get a "Tub-O-Shells" and come on. Mr. Nobody....your bench is ready, Foster get with the program. Let's burn some powder.

When you get to the gate, just punch "008" on the keypad and we will let you in by remote.

Hope tp see you all and pat Brud, our new range honcho, on the back. It should be great weather and a great time to be had by all.
