IR 50/50 Sporter Class

For the 7.5 lb. sporter class for IR 50/50 what seems to be the most used/popular action to build a competitive rifle? Please try to keep this within reasonable spending limits as I am on a limited budget.

Remington, Sako, ULA, Anschutz, Hall. From least to most expensive.

Here are my assumptions based on your reply:

Remington - 541 S/T action
Sako - P94S (Finnfire)
Anschutz - 54 Action such as a 54.18 MSR

Is that about right?

I don't know who ULA is and I didn't know that Hall offered a magazine feed action.

That is it. The Hall sporter action is very nice( and about a grand). I wish I had one.

Hi Ed,

Penny and I both have Sporters built around ULA actions, we like them. Several years ago the action went for around 500 - 600$. Don't know what the current price is.
