Iowa Nationals Statistics

Attached are some statistics on the IBS 1000 yard Nationals held at Pella, Iowa in September. I like to look at the great data on the Iowa website and present it in a little different format for my own information but thought some of you might find the rearanged data interesting. I think the information in the text file is correct but if an error is spotted, let me know and I will correct it. The data has some 5-shot group information but leans more heavily toward 10-shot group data.

I am not picking on those shooters who shot large groups by including their names. One often learns by mistakes and talking to those fellows might uncover useful information--anyway, I shot at least one 20 inch plus group.

BTW, if anybody knows Steve Sabo's, of Pennsylvania, e-mail address, please send me a message with that information.

Added data to text file

One of the Minnesota shooters sent a message about the statistics which reminded me that I originally intended to include more information. The items described below were added to the text file:

1) Two Gun Top Twenty rank was added to the left of relay winner names.

2) Seventy nine or more shooters from 23 or more states competeded at the 2009 IBS Nationals at Pella. The following competitors did not have their home state listed:

Randy Beasley
Truman Beasley
Matt Bonnett
Jay Cutright
John Rykus

3) The nine shooters who finished in the Two Gun Top Twenty and did not win an HG relay were listed. Of those nine shooters, three also did not win a LG relay and they were listed.
