Inserts for Burris Signature Rings ???

Anybody have an idea who might have them? Has the Gov't banned them for some obscure reason?
Wonder if they are made by some subcontractor for Burris and their deal has expired or something like that. I have been looking all over for them and backorder or out of stock is what I see at all of the vendors I have visited.

I was looking for Burris rings a couple of years ago and found them at Colorado Optics. Seems they are down the street from Burris head quarters I was told. They had rings when no one else did.
