Would anyone have a phone number and the latest address where to send a Weaver T 36 in for repairs. I bought the scope new this spring. I would like to talk to someone live on the phone before it ends up in the wrong state like I've heard some other people have done. Thanks,

Where does the warrenty card and/or instruction manual that come with all new scopes say to send it.?

Weaver Phone Number?

I tried the phone number that came on the paper work in the box. That phone number no longer works. There is an address to send the scope to but I'm not sending it until I talk to someone who can verify the address. I hope this answers your question.

I understand that the Simmons repair facility now does all the weaver work now that they are owned by the same company. My experience with Simmons is less than bad. Good luck. ----Bill

Here's where you need to send it:
Onalaska Operations

Call their 800 number or email them at the provided email address for info on how to return your scope for service. You'll need to get a RGA number from them before sending anything in for sevice.

I just had to use their service on a NIB scope with a problem. They were friendly, prompt and professional. :) -Al

I just sent a 15 year old T-24 to Onalaska. Weaver Customer Service was very easy to deal with and said no problem when I told them I did not have a receipt. They said it has a lifetime warranty so for $15 plus my shipping cost the scope will be repaired or replaced. You must get a RGA number as Al mentioned before you return the scope.
