IMR 8208 XBR and 2010 equipment lists

I suggest we list the new IMR 8208 XBR on equipment lists as XBR. That will make it fit in those "lettle" squares, will not be too hard for us to spell and it will make the listing unique to the other powders.

I agree with Jerry and once I spend enought time with this powder and feel ready for prime time, XBR is what I'll place in the powder listing too.
