IMR 4007 ssc

I have been looking on 6MMBR site, at 6MM BR and have found a listing for a 105 gr load with IMR 4007 ssc. The site gives no background or credit on this loading. I searched this forum and the web and found very little information on this powder as loaded in 6MM BR with heavy bullets. What info is out there says burn rate is between IMR 4064 and IMR 4350. This should make it near IMR 4320, and a bit slower than Varget. Has anyone used this powder to enough of an extent in 6MM BR to have any good information on results?

Jeffrey, I've used 4007 with reasonalby good precision*, via a 6-DASHER barrel - but with 121 Gr. FB bullets . . . and even with those, the case is level-full, resulting in a heavily compressed charge. Like the previous poster stated in many fewer words, "too slow"! It's working very well in my 25x47 - this with 100 and 110 Gr. bullets. RG

*Reasonably good being competitive with the 6PPC shooters in a "point-blank" BR tournamnet - 3rd place in the '08 IA State HV Grand Agg. (2nd at 100; 2nd at 200).

Thanks to both of you for your evaluations. They have answered my question. I will get the rifle [6MM BR (N)] together sometime next week and take it to the range. I have enough Varget for 200 + rounds and can borrow (for return later) more. I want to try a couple of other powders too. So I have plenty to do for now.
